Life is an adventure book, and the chapters contain lessons I learned through my experiences. My life has taken me on many fun and unique adventures and have taught me many valuable leadership skills. Some of the lessons I have learned are how to adapt to difficult situations and challenges, effective problem-solving, and the need to lead with integrity.
Most importantly, how to truly love my family, friends, and coworkers. These experiences have taught me the importance of servant leadership, helping my family members accomplish their goals and better themselves. And transformational leadership by partnering with co-workers to support, transform, and achieve the company's vision with integrity.
