Personal experience as a team leader...

I lead an employment team that was responsible for filling quotas set forth from corporate to increase headcount in a call center in Ogden, UT. My employment team and I were successful and met monthly quotas consistently. We did this by creating innovative employee referral programs, recruitment ads, and media to attract key demographics. Most importantly, we had fun together and I still have friendships with them to this day.  

As the Human Resource Manager for a flight school, I oversaw a team of human resource assistants for three aviation schools. I was successful in training my HR team to administer all human resource functions, which included the FAA Drug Abatement program. I taught them proper hiring procedures which included recruitment techniques, behavioral interviews, and the onboarding process. This resulted in an increased employee base from 50 to 250.
