I taught them proper hiring procedures which included recruitment techniques, behavioral interviews, and the onboarding process. This resulted in an increased employee base from 50 to 250.

My HR team and I collaborated with 8-10 executive leaders in monthly strategy meetings/conferences to forecast business needs, identify areas of opportunity, and brainstorm innovative ways to execute business goals. This resulted in a 20% decrease in attrition.
